New Hair Fashion

What won't they think of next? I was just reading an article on Yahoo news, about a new fashion trend that has begun hitting the market. Apparently, it's fashionable to now stick feathers in your hair. I'm not sure what the attraction is, but I'm guessing it has to do with media idols doing it. You can find the article here:

So what does this mean for people? Well, not much except for the fact that certain women's hair is about to get a little more tacky. This reminds me back in the old days of the 1800 where women would literally put any and everything into their hair to be able to stand out. I remember reading back in grade school that they would leave their hair for so long in these messes of whatever they put in it, that spiders and all kinds of critters started to live in their hair.

At what price are we going to settle for fashion? This is all my opinon, and maybe you think that feathers are fashionable, but read the article, and you'll know that it's not easy to get these kinds of feathers.

Plus, now fishermen are going to get a slap on the face while their bait is going to be stuffed into some lady's hair. Maybe it's just me, but I think that putting feathers from fishing bait is a little over the top.
